Political Risk Analysis using the Economic Crime & Geopolitics Index (ECGI)
This analytical tool evaluates the overall level of economic crime and geopolitical risk confronting a country, offering a comprehensive snapshot of its stability and vulnerability. The ECGI has been applied to Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, the Philippines, and several other countries across South Asia and ASEAN to assess emerging trends, compare risk trajectories, and identify areas of concern for policymakers and stakeholders. Consultations include engagements with governments, the private sector, and NGOs to gain a comprehensive understanding of the evolving risk landscape within each country.
